Kane thinks he is only avoiding his studies, until a mysterious program pulls him into the Meta-Grid—a strange realm built from deleted realities. There, he meets another version of himself, learns that his existence may not be what he believes, and is dragged into a surreal courtroom where his choices, excuses, and perfectionism are put on trial. To escape, Kane must confront the logic he has been using against himself.
