1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Indian Manga (indianmanga.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of India. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this platform. These terms apply to all users including readers, creators, and visitors.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Indian Manga. If you are under 18, you may only use the platform with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these age requirements. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this requirement.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@indianmanga.com of any unauthorised use of your account. Indian Manga is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. You may not create multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions.
4. Creator Content & Licensing
Creators retain full ownership of all content they upload to Indian Manga. By uploading content, you grant Indian Manga a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and promote your content solely for the purpose of operating the platform. This licence ends when you delete your content or account. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload, and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
5. Prohibited Content
You agree not to upload, post, or distribute content that: (a) infringes any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property right; (b) is sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic; (c) depicts minors in any sexual context; (d) promotes violence, terrorism, or hatred against any individual or group; (e) contains defamatory, harassing, or threatening material; (f) violates any applicable Indian law including the Information Technology Act 2000 and its amendments. Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.
6. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Indian Manga does not store your card, UPI, or banking details. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Chapter unlocks and tips are non-refundable once completed. If you believe a payment was processed in error, contact us at support@indianmanga.com within 7 days of the transaction.
7. Creator Earnings & Payouts
Creators earn 70% of chapter unlock revenue and their proportional share of the monthly subscription pool based on reader engagement, and 100% of tips received. Indian Manga retains 30% as a platform fee. Payouts are processed once your pending balance reaches the minimum threshold of ₹500. Indian Manga reserves the right to withhold earnings if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms. Creators are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on their earnings.
8. Intellectual Property
The Indian Manga platform, including its design, logo, software, and original content created by Indian Manga, is owned by Indian Manga and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our express written permission. The name 'Indian Manga' and associated logos are trademarks of Indian Manga.
9. Termination
Indian Manga reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the public. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Creators whose accounts are terminated for violation of these terms forfeit any pending earnings.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Indian Manga is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content on the platform.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Indian Manga shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Indian Manga in the 3 months preceding the claim.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. We encourage you to contact us first at support@indianmanga.com to resolve any disputes informally before initiating legal proceedings.
13. Changes to Terms
Indian Manga reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Indian Manga with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
